With over 15 years of experience providing quality leadership to young people, women, and volunteer groups, she is known for her people-centered approach, dedication to purpose, and strong ethical values.
A devout Christian, Miss Eze draws strength from her deep faith and solid moral foundation, which fuel her ability to connect meaningfully with diverse audiences, including youths, children, and adults across various cultural and social backgrounds.
Professionally driven and goal-oriented, she is a collaborative team player, known for her commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and process optimization. She brings over 7 years of experience as a media consultant and is also a seasoned writer, actress, filmmaker, personal development coach, and a dedicated gender and youth advocate.
As a change influencer, she is deeply passionate about organizing multi-stakeholder engagements to drive the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Nigeria, particularly Goal 5, achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.

She previously served as the Director, Directorate of Gender, Girl-Child Empowerment and Human Trafficking Matters at the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) in 2019. Through her passion projects such as Ada Ibagwa-aka Pageant and Little Miss FCT Pageant, she mentors young girls and helps reorient them for community, national, and global impact. These platforms promote self-confidence, instill patriotism, and empower young girls to speak up on issues such as gender inequality, child abuse, human trafficking, girl-child education, and policy reform.
